HRM Counselling provides psychotherapy and counselling services for adults and older teens experiencing challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and other difficult life experiences.
Led by Kyle Bellehumeur, the practice has a particular focus on supporting first responders and military personnel, both active and retired, while also welcoming clients from the broader community.
Kyle uses therapeutic approaches such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), along with other methods tailored to each client's individual needs and circumstances.
Based in East Lawrencetown, HRM Counselling is committed to providing accessible mental health support to Porters Lake and the surrounding communities, with plans to expand its services in the future.
